Guaranteed Rent

Our guaranteed rent scheme is a fixed monthly income model, where we lease your property from you for an agreed term and pay you a consistent rent each month. We then operate the property as serviced accommodation, managing bookings, guests, and day-to-day operations. This means you receive a stable, predictable income without the usual void periods or management responsibilities.

Yes - you remain the full legal owner of the property at all times. We simply operate as your tenant under a corporate lease agreement, giving you the benefit of hands-off income while retaining complete ownership and long-term control of your asset.

You still get paid. Because we guarantee your rent, any void periods or gaps in bookings are our responsibility, not yours. Whether the property is fully occupied or temporarily empty, your agreed monthly rent remains the same.

Day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs are typically handled by us as part of the service, ensuring the property is kept in excellent condition. For larger or structural works, we would always liaise with you before proceeding. Our goal is to protect and maintain your asset while minimising any involvement required from you.

The process is straightforward. We start with an initial consultation to understand your property and goals, followed by a viewing and assessment. Once agreed, we handle onboarding, compliance checks, and preparation of the property for guests (including furnishing if required). From there, we take over full management - allowing you to step back while your property begins generating a consistent, hands-off income.
